Not only have I had the pleasure of trying his exquisite dishes on multiple occasions, I also work with him on a regular basis for weekly meal drop-offs, onsite cooking and private dinner gatherings/parties. Chef John’s range of specialties is remarkable, as well as his ability to always happily and delectably suit all dietary restrictions.
